Ingredients

Mahi-Mahi, Swordfish, or Chilean Sea bass

Whole wheat or spinach tortilla wraps

Chopped Cabbage

Diced Tomatoes

Other veg toppings as you prefer, like onions, jalapenos, etc.

Yogurt Sauce

Frank’s Hot Sauce

Lemon

Salt/Pepper

Cumin

Garlic powder

To prepare:

Season fish with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cumin powder. Grill or broil. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon right out of the oven/off the grill.

Warm up tortillas by covering with a wet papertowel and microwaving for about 20 seconds.

Layer yogurt sauce, hot sauce, cabbage, tomatoes, fish in tortilla and wrap tight. Serve with brown rice, nofried refried beans, and a lemon wedge.
